What are the benefits in partnering with AM Land Solutions?

Obtaining planning permission is not only expensive, challenging and time consuming but also risky. Let us take away that risk with our team of land experts and ensure the maximum return for all parties. We cover all expenses related to the planning process meaning you have no immediate costs.

During the site visit we assess your land and its potential for uplift and take some measurements. This visit is also an opportunity for us to have a detailed conversation about the process and answer any questions you might have. This visit is completely non-obligatory.
Following the site visit our planning consultants and architects will draw a draft sketch of the proposed house / houses. We will analyse local land and house values as well as build costs to ensure we maximise the value of your site. We then provide you with an offer, which you are free to accept or decline.
We will aim to submit the Planning Application within 12 weeks of legal documents being signed.
No, you do not need to pay anything upfront. We cover the costs of the appraisal, site visit and full planning application.
This is unique to each individual site and can vary but usually takes several months.
Our agreement is contingent on securing the necessary planning permissions. If we succeed, we have the option to purchase the land at the agreed price, and you will be paid upon planning approval and the sale of the land.
If we fail to obtain planning permission the agreement ends and you are free to pursue other options.
Yes you will need a commercial solicitor familiar with option agreements. We can recommend professionals, if need and are able to cover the costs up to £2500 +VAT.
